We humans spend our whole life trying to do anything. We do it every day twenty-four hours to do anything. Eating, sleeping, working, cooking, visits, television, Internet, shopping, cleaning - Living halt. And these activities, we not only rattle off so we think and laugh, thank you, cry, curse, love, grumble, flirting, whining - feel dependent.
All this belongs to, if we stay on planet Earth. And in most cases we do not have to think more about what we do - we make it easy. It is, after all this .... or not?
There are situations in life that a tear creepy and unexpectedly mostly from our daily routine, in which our world upside down. These can be beautiful things, like a strong infatuation or even bad things, such as illness or loss. In such situations, it sometimes comes to the question: What am I doing all this time? Especially if our existence is in danger or you go to something that will change the lives strong.
Do I really enjoy my daily twenty-four hours the things that I do? What is really important about these things? And I'm happy with the way it is now?
course we need to do some things: eat, sleep, make money and these things we must do to survive. But I see it with me, that creep into my life to get habits that I need not actually make me more or not really fill me. And this occurs on two levels, both in the activities, as well as the sensations. And these habits fall on especially if you put in exceptional situations, they can rob a confusing and disturbing forces. And then it all depends on this question: What is really important in life?
I notice more and more that I does not want to waste my time to annoy me about things that I could change anything anyway. I want to have more joy in my life and not replace them by nagging just because things work differently than I imagine. I want to do more things that help me in my life and me not stop with the things that make me more than running back.
When "good", then do you at least once a year an "important check":
Look at your life and you think about exactly what you are really important. Look at what things will help you get up and stop that. Think about the feelings that you're running the most in life around, and if those are the ones you desire for your life.
Even though there are times in which we are very happy or very sad - in normal situations in life we have yet so many to choose how we live our lives. We should start to use.
